When I talk about customer service and sales I’m referring to the day to day dealing with customer and growing a business, not that one time sale interaction.

What makes a business grow and expand is the satisfaction of customers who spread the good news about your company and service and return to your business for repeat sales. If your company failed to provide good customer service and have your customer happy and contented with your product and service, then that customer is less likely to return for future business.
