Next on my list today is Bonanzle, I came across Bonanzle and I even touch on the topic on this blog before but haven’t given a structure detail about this company and what it is all about.

 What is Bonanzle?

Bonanzle is an online marketplace for buying and selling all most anything under the sun, just like eBay, iOffer, Amazon, and Craigslist you can list whatever you have for sale and have a good chance of linking with someone who looking for what you have to offer.  In Bonanzle you won’t see much China Gucci and Prada for $50, what you will find is a touch of creativity and people buying and sell unique and unusual items.

Bonanzle is the new kid on the block with the new toy, new strategy, new prospective and a new way of having fun and the simplicity of doing business in a online marketplace.  What Bonanzle brings to the table is a new way of doing business that really works not only for the founder of the marketplace but for the buyers and sellers of the marketplace who really are powering all marketplace.

 Why is it called the new alternative marketplace?  I’m using the term alternative because the business structure and selling platform simplify selling online.  Don’t take my word for it, look at the fee chart below and go and open an account and you will see for yourself.

I will give you one example that will let you prefer Bonanzle over other marketplace and that is you don’t have to go through 5 and 10 pages to list an item for sale, you can list an item for sale on just one single page instead of going to a new page for each stage of the listing process.

 Buying and Selling on Bonanzle is free.  You will only pay a fee when you have an item sold.  Unlike other marketplace where you will pay a harm and leg even if your item doest sell, with Bonanzle you only pay when your item sold.  This way, your business will have a better chance of succeeding and serving because you don’t have to worry about your bottom line if an item doesn’t sells.

 One thing you will like about Bonanzle is the social aspect of it.  Bonanzle marketplace gives you the feeling of doing business face to face because of this community and social feel marketplace where members can become online friends, much more like a Facebook and MySpace type of social network with a marketplace twist.

 Pricing Examples

You negotiate with a buyer to sell five of your items for a total of $30 plus $10 shipping. Your total FOV is $40 – $10 = $30, so your total fee is $1.

A buyer buys three of your items for $95. The total shipping for the offer is $14. Your FOV is $109 – $10 = $99, so your total fee is $3.

You sell one item in an offer for $500. You charge $600 for shipping. Your FOV is $1100 – $10 = $1090. You pay $10.
